A potato salad is a classic summer side dish — perfect for barbecues, picnics or served alongside grilled meats and fresh salads. This recipe is a super‑tasty no‑mayo potato salad, made lighter and dairy‑free with our Honey and Mustard Dressing, which adds a beautifully balanced sweetness and a delicious tangy bite.

It’s quick to make, full of flavour, and guaranteed to become a go‑to easy potato salad recipe for warm‑weather meals.

Method

    Cut your new potatoes into equal sizes, add a pinch of salt and boil until just cooked through.

    Leave to cool in cold water.

    Once cooled, drain the water and pour in a generous amount of your Honey & Mustard Dressing, salt, freshly ground black pepper and chopped chives. Stir well to combine all the flavours and serve!
