BBQ Chilli Prawn Kebabs
These BBQ Chilli Prawn Kebabs are super simple, packed with flavour and made with just three ingredients. Our Mellow Yellow Ultimate Chilli Dressing gives the prawns a gently spiced, aromatic kick, perfectly balancing warm chilli flakes with the subtle aroma of cumin seeds. Grill until golden, then finish each skewer with a BBQ’d lemon wedge – a squeeze over the hot prawns adds an irresistible burst of brightness.

Light the BBQ and let it get hot.

Pat the prawns dry with kitchen roll, then toss them in Ultimate Chilli Dressing until well coated. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Skewer your prawns on kebab sticks, with a lemon wedge on the end of each kebab. BBQ on a hot BBQ for 3-4 minutes, turning half way through. The prawns should be well cooked and pink all the way through.

Serve on a bed of rice, or with a fresh green salad.
