Chilli Salmon Salad Recipe
This tasty salmon salad makes the most of the bold flavour in our Ultimate Chilli Dressing, adding instant warmth and depth to a simple salad. Poach the salmon fillets in the dressing, then flake them over your favourite mixed salad leaves for a quick, healthy lunch. Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion or even quinoa to make it more filling. Add a drizzle of Mellow Yellow Ultimate Chilli Dressing into a sauté pan.

Place your salmon fillets in the pan and pour the rest of the dressing on top of the salmon.

Place a lid on the pan and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.

Leave to cool and then flake over your salad leaves. Add an extra drizzle of the dressing to serve.
