Hummus
A homemade hummus is always better than anything store‑bought, and this easy hummus recipe gives you a perfectly creamy texture and rich, authentic flavour every time. It’s a delicious healthy dip for veggies, crackers, sandwiches or mezze boards, letting you scoop, spread and dip to your heart’s content.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas, peel the garlic cloves and juice the lemon.

Pop all ingredients into a food processor, including the rapeseed oil, salt and cumin.

Decant into a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of rapeseed oil on top. Serve with tortillas, flat breads, pittas or crudités. This recipe is so easy to modify – try adding roasted red peppers, caramelised onion, or sun dried tomatoes.
