Warm Green Beans Salad
Our fragrant warm green bean salad takes humble beans to the next level of easy vegetable side dishes. The bright mix of lemon, garlic and parsley creates a fresh, punchy herb dressing that blends beautifully with our Mellow Yellow cold‑pressed rapeseed oil.
It’s a simple, healthy side that works brilliantly with all kinds of meals and adds vibrant flavour to any table.

Half fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a vigorous boil. Boil the green beans for around 4 minutes until cooked through but still crunchy. beans, tossing to coat thoroughly.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed garlic, parsley, black pepper, salt and Mellow Yellow rapeseed oil. Mix well, then add the drained greens to the bowl.

Serve whilst still warm, enjoy!
