This Broccoli Quinoa Salad is a healthy, flavour‑packed recipe made with our Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing. Perfect for a quick lunch or easy side dish, this simple salad comes together in minutes – just blitz everything in a food processor and mix. Using raw broccoli adds a fresh, vibrant flavour while keeping all its vitamins and nutrients intact, making this a nutritious quinoa salad you’ll want on repeat.

Method

    Put your chopped broccoli, onion, basil, salt, pepper and garlic granules into a food processor and blitz for approximately 30 seconds, or until everything is well combined and there are no large chunks.

    Mix in your Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing and quinoa.

    Assemble the salad by mixing up with salad leaves and your broccoli and quinoa mixture.
