Chilli & Sesame Vegetable Stir Fry
This Chinese‑style chilli and sesame stir‑fry vegetable dish is quick, easy and naturally healthy.
Fresh pak choi, baby corn and onion are tossed in sesame oil, soy sauce and our Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil for a warm, well‑rounded flavour.

After preparing your vegetables, heat up your wok or frying pan on a medium high heat for a couple of minutes. Give your Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil a good shake to release the wonderful chilli flakes and drizzle into the wok with a little sesame oil. Then fry pak Choi, baby corn, and onion for a few minutes before adding a good drizzle of soy sauce, and some sesame seeds. Fry for a few more minutes until just becoming tender.

To Serve sprinkle over some freshly sliced spring onion. These refreshing vegetables are great served with our wonderful Sesame Chicken.

Pak Choi, 3 small or 2 large, sliced

1 white onion, chopped into large chunks

1 tbsp mellow yellow chilli oil
